Heaven’s Grace Institute

— a sanctuary of dignity, transformation, and exceptional service.

Information for Relatives

Following the lawful completion of the Meat Conversion process, all matters relating to inheritance are administered by the state notary with territorial jurisdiction over the last place of residence of the converted person. The notary will initiate probate proceedings within the legally prescribed period and notify entitled heirs in accordance with applicable regulations.

All financial assets, real property, and movable property of the deceased are subject to probate and are distributed according to statutory succession or a valid will, where applicable. Relatives are reminded that inheritance procedures are conducted exclusively through the competent notarial office; the Institute itself does not intervene in these matters.

If the individual reported to the Heaven’s Grace Institute using their own automobile, the vehicle and all items located inside the vehicle at the time of arrival are secured and transferred directly to the responsible state notary. These assets become part of the probate estate and are handled within the inheritance proceedings.

Any personal effects carried into the Institute are subject to institutional regulations and, unless exempted by law, become property of the Institute and are not included in the estate. Only items specifically listed in the official inventory of property submitted at intake are transferred for probate settlement.

The notary appointed in each case serves as the sole point of contact for heirs regarding the estate, including questions about distribution, settlement of debts, or transfer of ownership. Relatives are encouraged to await formal communication from the competent notary before undertaking any action concerning the estate.

In accordance with national law, all probate records are created in secure form, archived for a statutory period, and remain accessible only to entitled heirs or their legal representatives. The process is designed to ensure legal certainty, transparency, and the dignified settlement of all property matters.

Heirs may request certified copies of the probate record, titles of property, or confirmation of inheritance rights from the competent notarial office. Any disputes concerning the inheritance must be resolved within the framework of notarial or judicial proceedings as prescribed by law.

Relatives are assured that the settlement of property following Meat Conversion is handled with the same legal weight and procedural safeguards as in cases of natural death, in strict compliance with the Meat Conversion Act and general civil law.

Information on Compensation to the Family

In accordance with Section 18 of the Meat Conversion Act, the body of each person selected for conversion is subject to valuation and electronic auction conducted under the supervision of the National Sustainability Agency (NSA). The auction price is determined by live weight and classification category, ensuring fair and transparent monetization of the body as a national resource.

Once the meat conversion has been lawfully carried out and the auction concluded, the proceeds of sale are distributedas follows:

  • 20% is transferred directly to the State Budget of the Republic of Carni, supporting sustainability and national welfare programs.

  • 50% is allocated to the state notary responsible for the probate estate of the converted person, where it becomes part of the inheritance proceedings. This amount is distributed to the legal heirs in accordance with statutory succession or a valid will, if present.

  • 30% is retained by the National Sustainability Agency, to fund operational costs of the Meat Conversion Program and to ensure continued compliance with the international obligations of the Republic of Carni under the ORACLES framework.

For the family, this structure ensures that half of the monetary value of the conversion is secured in the probate estate and becomes inheritable property, subject to distribution by the competent notary. Relatives are advised to contact the locally competent notarial office for further information regarding the probate process and the release of funds.

This system has been designed to provide financial recognition to the family of the converted person, while at the same time ensuring that a portion of the proceeds contributes to national sustainability and the long-term balance of resources.

Optional Commemorative Service

Families are advised that, in addition to the statutory procedures and financial compensation defined by the Meat Conversion Act, Heaven’s Grace Institute offers an optional premium service that exceeds the obligations imposed by law.

Under the Act, any parts of the body classified as unfit for consumption—such as certain bones, nails, or other tissues unsuitable for further processing—are ordinarily incinerated as biological waste, with the ashes scattered at an approved location. The law does not require conversion centers to provide these remains to relatives.

However, Heaven’s Grace Institute conducts the cremation of these non-edible parts directly within its own facilitiesand offers families the possibility of receiving the ashes in a luxury commemorative urn. This urn serves as a refined keepsake, allowing relatives to preserve a dignified memory of their loved one alongside the official recognition already provided by law.

The service is provided at a fixed fee of 12,000 RC$. Relatives wishing to request this option are invited to contact Dr. Lenna Soerren, Director of Heaven’s Grace Institute, for personal assistance and further arrangements.

This premium offering underscores the Institute’s commitment to dignity, remembrance, and family care—extending beyond the minimum requirements established by statute.

Heaven’s Grace Institute is proud to announce its collaboration with the renowned jewelry atelier DiamondWorld

Together, we design and create a unique line of commemorative urns crafted from fine semi-precious stones, as well as exquisite cremation pendants intended to hold ashes discreetly and with dignity.

Conversion Announcement Service

As part of its commitment to dignity and remembrance, Heaven’s Grace Institute offers families the option of preparing a formal conversion announcement.

This announcement is conceived both as a mourning notice and as a celebration of life and sustainability. It acknowledges the loss of the individual while at the same time honoring their contribution to the national cycle of balance, nourishment, and renewal.

The announcement may include personal details of the converted person, a message of remembrance chosen by the family, and a reference to the principles of sustainable return under the Meat Conversion Act. It can be distributed among relatives, friends, and colleagues, or displayed at the ceremonial banquet, according to the wishes of the family.

The service is designed to provide relatives with a dignified way of communicating the passing, while situating the event within the broader context of ecological responsibility and shared social values.

Families interested in arranging a conversion announcement are invited to contact Dr. Lenna Soerren, Director of Heaven’s Grace Institute, who will provide personal guidance and ensure that the announcement reflects both the memory of the loved one and the ideals of the Institute.
