— a sanctuary of dignity, transformation, and exceptional service.

Executive Staff

Lenna Soerren, M.D.

Co-Founder & Institute Director

Dr. Lenna Soerren is the co-founder and current Director of Heaven’s Grace Institute. Born in 1983, she brings a unique combination of clinical expertise and strategic leadership to the organization. With a background in surgical medicine and institutional design, she has been instrumental in developing the structure, ethics, and daily operations of the Institute. As Director, Dr. Soerren oversees all departments, ensuring seamless coordination between medical, housing, and termination units. She is deeply involved in the client intake process, emphasizing consistency, transparency, and respect at every level. Under her guidance, the Institute has become a national benchmark for humane optimization practices. Dr. Soerren is also a senior advisor to the National Sustainability Agency, contributing to long-term policy planning. Her leadership style is marked by quiet authority, intellectual clarity, and a firm belief in order through compassion. She embodies the mission of the Institute in both vision and practice.

“Every protocol we follow is a promise kept—to the system, to the future, and to the individual. That promise began with Michell. She was my younger sister—vibrant, disciplined, physically exceptional. When she was selected for conversion, I witnessed a process that was efficient, but lacked grace. It deserved more. She deserved more. Heaven’s Grace was founded to ensure that no such life would ever be reduced to logistics alone. Dignity, order, and beauty must coexist—even at the end.”

Marc Minski, M.D.

Co-Founder, Supervisory Chair

Dr. Marc Minski is the co-founder of Heaven’s Grace Institute and currently serves as Supervisory Chair of the Board. A physician by training, he no longer participates in daily operations—but his influence remains deeply embedded in the Institute’s structure. Marc oversees all processes directly related to the core mandate: preparation, termination, and post-conversion processing. His role is not managerial, but sovereign. From the calibration of intake metrics to the traceability of harvested tissue, nothing escapes his oversight. Under his watch, procedural deviation is not a possibility—it is a failure of design. Marc is the Institute’s final assurance that product quality, ethical consistency, and regulatory alignment remain absolute. While his presence is quiet, it is uncompromising. He speaks rarely and writes often—most of the internal protocols still bear his annotations. His belief is simple: A perfect outcome is not a matter of chance, but of control.

“Heaven’s Grace is not a place of sentiment. It is a machine calibrated to eliminate error. We do not improvise—we replicate success, precisely, repeatedly, without exception. Conversion is not an act of violence; it is an industrial refinement of biological potential. I am not here to comfort. I am here to ensure that what leaves this institute is perfect.”

Dr. Helene Karsten

Senior Body Assessor

Born in 1986, Dr. Helene Karsten serves as Senior Body Assessor at Heaven’s Grace Institute, where she leads the physical classification and biometric validation of all women and men admitted into the program. As part of her role, she also conducts medical eligibility screening—a critical step that ensures only individuals in optimal health proceed to conversion, safeguarding both product integrity and the long-term well-being of the wider population. With a background in clinical morphology and applied anthropometry, Dr. Karsten is recognized for her precision, consistency, and deep procedural integrity. Her assessments are strictly non-subjective—anchored in measurable criteria and system-calibrated standards. In person, she presents with composed clarity: a pristine uniform, calm posture, and a gaze trained for exactitude. Every evaluation she completes reinforces the Institute’s core principle: “Structure reveals truth.” As a certified assessor appointed by the National Sustainability Agency, Dr. Karsten is responsible for ensuring that all physical parameters conform to classification benchmarks. For her, dignity lies in symmetry, order, and the removal of arbitrariness.

“My responsibility begins at the moment of intake. I conduct full biometric profiling, structural analysis, and comprehensive medical screening. The examination is detailed—anthropometry, cardiovascular evaluation, gynecological or urogenital assessment, all calibrated to determine suitability for conversion. It is not a personal interaction. It is a functional step—essential, repeatable, and ethically neutral.”

Dr. Ella Tatoni-Ahua

Senior Meat Conversion Specialist

Born in 1988, Dr. Ella Tatoni-Ahua serves as Heaven’s Grace Institute’s leading Meat Conversion Specialist. As a licensed physician, she holds direct responsibility for the final pre-terminal procedures, the precise execution of the conversion process, and the supervised handling of meat and other products prior to distribution. Her work requires absolute focus—measured, sterile, and free of interpretation. Dr. Tatoni-Ahua is known among staff for her mechanical precision and unwavering consistency. Every incision follows a calibrated protocol she helped refine. Despite the intensity of her role, she maintains a stable and ordinary life beyond the Institute: she is a mother, a wife, and a firm believer in the necessity of system-regulated sustainability. In her view, structure is not at odds with humanity—it is what protects it.

“I value composure. Cooperation is not submission—it is clarity. Fear is natural, but resistance is wasteful, and I don’t expect gratitude, only stillness. The process works best when the subject understands they are part of something larger, something that continues beyond them. If I were ever selected, I would enter the process without hesitation—and with elegance.”

Dr. Anette Buison

Clinical Psychologist

Born in 1994, Dr. Anette Buison serves as the lead clinical psychologist at Heaven’s Grace Institute. She is responsible for pre-intake psychological screening, crisis intervention, and emotional stabilization of both incoming women and men as well as their immediate relatives. While her appearance may radiate calm and warmth, her clinical evaluations are among the most data-driven and rigorous within the institution.

Dr. Buison combines empathy with precision. Her sessions are structured, brief, and outcome-oriented—designed not to heal, but to prepare. She believes that emotional clarity before conversion is not only possible, but essential for procedural integrity. Outside the interview room, she advises the Housing Unit on behavioral patterns, resistance mitigation, and trauma divergence classification. Her role is not to stop fear—but to prevent it from disrupting the system.

“This is, for many, the most difficult moment of their lives. There is fear, grief, resistance—and all of it is valid. My role is not to erase those emotions, but to contain them, to help them fit within the frame of what must happen. Understanding the process does not make it easier, but it can make it bearable. We do not offer comfort—we offer clarity, and that is its own kind of mercy.”

Dr. Mireille Thorne

Head of Preparatory Unit

Born in 1989, Dr. Mireille Thorne serves as the Head of the Preparatory Unit at Heaven’s Grace Institute. As a licensed physician with a background in clinical physiology and internal medicine, she oversees all medical and procedural steps leading up to terminal conversion. This includes hygiene protocols, biometric calibration, infusions, dermal conditioning, and behavioral stabilization. Her department functions as the final gate—ensuring that every woman and man arrives at the threshold of conversion fully prepared, physically and psychologically. Dr. Thorne is known for her composure and seamless coordination across medical, psychological, and technical staff. She treats timing as a clinical variable: every delay, every irregularity is documented and traced to its cause. Her authority is quiet but absolute—within the walls of the Preparatory Wing, nothing proceeds without her confirmation.

“It is a privilege to accompany each selected individual through their final days within Heaven’s Grace. From the first intake step to the moment of transfer, every phase matters—and every detail speaks. We do not rush, and we do not repeat. We guide them with precision, so that nothing is left unresolved, incomplete, or unworthy. That, to me, is care.”

Lucia Meranpe

Senior Physiotherapist & Aesthetic Specialist

Born in 1983, Lucia Merane is the lead physiotherapist at Heaven’s Grace Institute, where she is also certified in medical aesthetics and clinical grooming. She is responsible for delivering all physical therapy interventions during the preparatory phase, including circulation-stimulating massage, musculoskeletal relaxation, and posture optimization. As part of her expanded role, she also oversees full-body depilation and hygienic hair care in accordance with the Institute’s strict readiness protocol. Lucia works in close coordination with the medical and psychological staff, maintaining both clinical neutrality and a discreet sensitivity toward each woman in her care. Her approach is quiet, tactile, and deeply methodical. She also offers clients ongoing support in selecting appropriate natural cosmetics—hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and fully compliant with the Institute’s standards of health and presentation. For many, she represents a final moment of human warmth in an otherwise controlled transition.

“In moments like these, clients should be allowed to feel calm—relaxed, even. Humane treatment doesn’t begin at the end; it begins with the body, every day. Clean skin, smooth hair, balanced muscle tone—these are not luxuries here. They are a form of respect, and a way to remind them that they are still seen as whole.”

Celeste Moreau

Executive Food Designer

Born in 1998, Celeste Moreau serves as Executive Food Designer at Heaven’s Grace Institute, where she is responsible for the refinement, composition, and aesthetic presentation of all post-conversion products. A graduate of École Ferrandi in Paris, she has trained in several of the world’s most prestigious restaurants, including Razumir, Looma, and Ostima Leaseca. Her approach combines haute cuisine techniques with ethical protein innovation—redefining consumption within the framework of systemic sustainability. At the Institute, Celeste leads a dedicated culinary team that transforms raw anatomical components into high-grade nutritional formats—ranging from organ-textured terrines to precision-cured muscle cuts. Her tasting panels follow a rigorous, multisensory protocol focused on texture harmonization, flavor depth, and visual resonance.

“I work with the most precious material in the world—human tissue, refined by discipline and selection. Every cut carries history, intention, and structure. It is not about disguising the origin, but elevating it. I do not create illusions. I reveal what is already there, with honesty and care.”
